We love a fresh coat of paint! 2 days for the RAD team to paint this condo, replace the can lighting, and do some handy repairs after their last tenants vacated. This gorgeous home needed its trim and accents refreshed. It looks fantastic, and the colors we suggested make the landscaping pop. While we were there, we were able to fix some of those little household things that had been bugging the homeowner, like a door that needed to be replaced and new step lights that are bright and safe.
